Lord, we are Exhausted

“But those who wait on the LORD shall renew their strength; They shall mount up with wings like eagles, They shall run and not be weary, They shall walk and not faint.” Isaiah 40:31 NKJV

Strengthen us O’God. Let us mount up with wings like eagles. Breathe life into us for there’s so much death around us. Comfort the brokenhearted and heal their hurt.

The LORD is near to those who have a broken heart, And saves such as have a contrite spirit. Psalms 34:18 NKJV

The joy of the Lord is our strength. Nehemiah 8:10

How can we stay sane and unbothered in these trying times?

  1. Put more focus on God and not people.
  2. Breathe in slowly through the nose and breathe out through the mouth.
  3. Step away from the social media and the news.
  4. Process your thoughts with someone.
  5. Get involve in a hobby or find a positive outlet.

My sister, my brother, don’t let the chaos of the world get to you. Feelings left undone will fester into something dangerous. I pray you continue to lean on God and His understanding. Not man’s or your own’s. We will get through these trying times ONE day at a time. For some, it may be one hour at a time. Keep moving forward and pressing your way through it.

“The LORD will perfect that which concerns me; Your mercy, O LORD, endures forever; Do not forsake the works of Your hands.” Psalms 138:8 NKJV
