Believe it. Receive it.

“Surely goodness and mercy shall follow me all the days of my life; And I will dwell in the house of the Lord Forever.” Psalms 23:6 NKJV

What a great way for David to end the 23rd chapter of Psalms. Declaring and decreeing goodness and mercy will follow him all the days of his life. Just reading it made me feel like David believed it with all his heart and through experience, he had come to believed God will take care of all his needs.

Isn’t it good to know about the goodness of the Lord? Epecially now, during this pandemic, we are experiencing God’s goodness and mercy.

I have read the good reports of the stories that were shared on social media. The reports of how people survived COVID-19, car accidents, and being jobless. I have read the reports of people being kind to others, feeding families, and meeting the needs of their community. I have also read the reports of houses and cars being bought in the midst of a pandemic and in spite of millions being unemployed. It makes my heart glad to see God is still yet making a way in the wilderness. We are lacking nothing in this season because of God’s goodness and mercy.

I decree and declare that no matter how chaotic the world may get, God is still yet making a way for us because He is God. He is the King of Glory. He is the Lord of lords. There is nothing too hard for Him. He is strong and mighty in battle. He is our Protector and Restorer. He is our Healer. He is Whomever we need Him to be and may we continue to magnify Him for who He is.

“But without faith it is impossible to please Him, for he who comes to God must believe that He is, and that He is a rewarder of those who diligently seek Him.” Hebrews 11:6 NKJV

My sister, my brother, I want to encourage you to believe God got you covered. He will meet your needs all the days of your life. Believe it and receive it. Declare it. Decree it. Stay grounded on God’s Word. No matter what it looks like.
