It is Impossible to Please God without Faith

“But without faith it is impossible to please Him, for he who comes to God must believe that He is, and that He is a rewarder of those who diligently seek Him.” Hebrews 11:6 NKJV

It is impossible to please God without faith because it takes faith to trust in Him whom we do not see and we must believe in who He is. And while we diligently seek Him, we must believe He will give us what we need.

All we need is faith like the size of a mustard seed. Faith is the substance of things hoped for and the evidence of things not seen. (Hebrews 11:1) For some of us, it is hard to believe in what we can’t see, but that is exactly what faith is.

When we have doubts, it’s okay to ask the Lord to help us with our unbelief.

“So Jesus said to them, “Because of your unbelief; for assuredly, I say to you, if you have faith as a mustard seed, you will say to this mountain, ‘Move from here to there,’ and it will move; and nothing will be impossible for you.” Matthew 17:20 NKJV
