How to Be at Peace

“Peace I leave with you, My peace I give to you; not as the world gives do I give to you. Let not your heart be troubled, neither let it be afraid.” John 14:27 NKJV

The greatest peace to have is the peace that Jesus Christ has given to us. It is a peace that the world can not give us and neither can the world take it away. It is a peace that surpasses all understanding and bow down to the will of God. It is a peace that comforts us in the midst of chaos. It is a peace that makes others wonder why we are so calm and not troubled. It is a peace that subdues our fears because our hearts and minds are being guarded by Jesus Christ. So, let not our hearts be troubled and neither let them be afraid, because Jesus has overcame the world.

To be at peace is to receive the greatest peace on Earth which is given only by Jesus Christ.

How do you receive this peace?

Simply, ask.

Ask, and it will be given to you; seek, and you will find; knock, and it will be opened to you. For everyone who asks receives, and he who seeks finds, and to him who knocks it will be opened.” Matthew 7:7-8 NKJV
